Im really confused by this build as far as your Mastery Point selection. You have 2 points in abilities for spells that you do not even have listed in your Summoner Spell choices. A point in Improved Rally and Preservation are just a pure waste if you are not going to use the spells. Besides those i like the item selection. These items make Miss Fortune hard to kill for auto attacking champions. Also lots of damage :)
