Again, if you downrate at least explain why? It really would be the nice and polite thing, I never said this build was finalized, merely what I have been experimenting with and would like feedback as those above have done even if they did downrate the guide and I appreciate it. At the very least the feedback can help ME play her better.

*edit*
I have modified the build after some more playing some of the suggestions. I still liked rageblade but in its a place phage/frozen hammer for those who do not like that item. I also tweaked the latter part of the build around the early attack speed from the boots. Focusing more on AD and increasing damage, plus adding a brutalizer for the Cd reduction as well as armor pen.
As for rageblade I found that later in the game if things are still going at that point the ability to push lanes and towers very quickly before the team can respond as well as adding some damage to her two AP based abilities helped out quite a bit. I will try some other items in its place as I only in some games have I tried it.
As stated before the boots are needed because her Strut is removed by damage and that can leave you open to kill very fast and again I now like Berserkers Greaves over boots of speed.
I also polished the whole guide with pictures and colors and more code as well as adding more to the strategy section after another day of playing.

i dont know if mardred on hit only applies to auto attack damage or spells as well, assuming it doesn't count with spells it could probably go, you could drop that item and pick up something more crit orientated. same with rageblade. you dont have any ap gear but that one piece, better off going for more effective stat, hp,crit, dmg, attack speed. i would also drop the boots to level 2 with 25% attack speed. diff need boots otherwise you'll get ganked in combat ( for all of you who think shes fine without, maybe for first few levels just for harrsing, get into team battles, and you need to run. ) everything else seems pretty solid and normal. i gave you a + btw. though you could use a few twinks. overall it would work

THanks for all the comments so far, will read them all more closely, and likely add a few changes to the guide after work, try out some of your ideas as well.

i dunno bout ur reasoning with flash. I found flash very useful in escaping. while exhaust is definitely a viable summoner spell when playing miss fortune, the blind is useless against enemies who rely on their skills, and ganks involving multiple enemies (which is usually what happens, especially when you get focused). This causes ghost to be insufficient as an escape mechanism. However, if you manage to escape to the right spots, you can flash and escape (i.e. through walls and what not). Early game survival is crucial for miss fortune since she needs to be able to stay in lane for as long as possible. So I wouldn't completely rule out flash. I think it would be great if u left it there as an optional summoner build incase players find themselves having trouble escaping ganks.

I find that she does not need boots but thats just me. Cos of her passive, she already runs faster than most of the characters in early game and that gives her a huge advantage.I usually go for a phantom dancers which also give movement speed plus other bonuses. So it gives her a much better benefit. To me because of her attack speed, she crits alot during the game even without runes with crit chance/damage. I tend to use this to my advantage and skip the Last Whisper and Tear of Goddess. True she is mana thirsty early game but I take clarity with me so I can stay in-lane more.Anyways, this is ur build and it works for u and it is still a really good build. I vote +1 even though i play a bit differently. Still, every build needs a few tweaks here and i had fun playing this build. Check out my build http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/smexy-mf-dps-crit-ad-17174 and see if you can give me some advice as well :). There are things a person can spot that another cant :D.

Your impure shot brings you attack speed, and you dont need last whisper for that. otherwise, i sometimes play Guinsoo's rageblade for AP, and at 8 guinsoo's stacks make it rain does good damages. I vote +1 even if i play another build.

I quite like the look of this setup as it provides decent survivability which she greatly needs and she can still pack a punch.
