Allow me to teach you some basic argument knowledge.

1) You do not support your points by going onto tangents.

2) Saying that I'm Silver and therefore not worthy of giving advice does not suddenly make what I am saying wrong. Even if I was Wood 5, it doesn't suddenly make it false if I were to say 'a triangle has three sides'. It doesn't make sense to say: you're Bronze, therefore what you say is worthless. This is a fallacy known as ad hominem.

3) When the opposing side gives evidence against your case, shifting the goalpost is another known fallacy. Saying that these normal game cases are exempt from scrutiny are just excuses.

Now allow me to address your post in full.

nice win ratio good for you, does not change that you are in silver league, and you don't seem to understand why I asked gold league or higher since you actually brought up unranked games I play carelessly with random people, so let me explain also this will be the last time I reply too you as you are spending wayyy to much time here.

Firstly, saying that you play carelessly in normals is a lie. Very rarely will someone play a game that they are truly willing to just throw, even if it is normals, especially when they are trying out a build that they then post a guide to on MOBAFire. Sure, they may not be doing try-hard, but it's not as if they are out to lose the game. I am not referring to full-out troll games for fun, but when you have written a guide and propose a build, which is not contained in the MOBAFire humour section, I can only but take you seriously and also assume that the normal games were at least a test of support Veigar, from which we can see you failed with 5 times in a row. The thing is that you cannot even remotely win in normals. How does that in any way qualify you to write a guide?

The win ratio is to illustrate that at the very least, I know more than YOU.

And also, you say that I'm spending too much time here as if it's a bad thing. Well, it may be bad for you, perhaps. Since I see a lot of these ****ty guides and know to downvote.

Ranked games allow players to play competitively with other player rather than just for fun, they allow people to always play against players of their relative skill level, or improve to a higher tier of gameplay in the hopes of gaining fame amongst players.

On this note, let's compare your ranked scores, hm?

http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/30364932#ranked-stats

Still worse than mine. Even when you win, you have 10 deaths. Oh look, you have a game with Veigar. What's this? 1/9/1? I still think I'm more qualified to talk about your guide than you are. And let's be honest here, I've been more useful than that Plat player who simply called you a scrub (no offence, Vyn, you said pretty much what was on my mind anyway). And frankly speaking, the theory behind support Veigar really isn't (shouldn't be) that hard to understand.

unranked means your wins/losses don't count towards anything(despite some people thinking otherwise) and you are just playing for fun.
Bronze league is for people still learning the game.
Silver is for people who understands basic concepts.
Gold is for serious players who display some relatively consistent skill.
Platinum is for players that are dedicated to the game and make few mistakes.
and Diamond is for competitive level players exceptionally skilled or trying to make a living of playing LoL.

Wrong on several accounts. Your categories are either too general or too restrictive.

I'm hoping to get input from people who are skilled players/or playing against skilled players and my offer well thought out imput based on the meta game, not just how well it worked for the one random game you tried it. I hope that cleared things up for you.

You seem to be under some strange assumption that I have not played against skilled players. Before the summer holidays, I regularly took part in the MOBAFire Inhouses every week and had my fair share of playing against Platinum and Gold players. I regularly talk to high tiered players as well as play with them on my buddy list. Not to mention the streams and the LoLWCS games I watch.

You also seem to be assuming that I've only played Veigar (particularly support) in one random game. I'll have you know I've played Veigar support in ranked.

The question of support Veigar actually came up in PsiGuard's Veigar guide. Someone asked how it was done and I replied, with which PsiGuard (Platinum player, btw) did not disagree with in his response.

I hope that clears things up for you, though I highly doubt it.

Perhaps instead of being an arrogant **** and talking **** about silver players you could confirm your own elo on mobafire. And usually when people don't give any constructive criticism it means the guide is beyond hope anyway. When people DO give constructive criticism like the flash/ghost comment and you respond like an arrogant **** that further deters people from attempting to help you improve your guide.

"like an arrogant ****" correcting a person who did not read the guide and posted blatantly incorrect info about it is being arrogant; I would have to disagree and ask you to stop trolling here.

Nice 0/5 win/loss ratio in normals.

I have 4/1 win/loss ratio with Veigar in ranked. Still more qualified to talk about it than you are, I think. Besides, you don't actually need to be Gold to know your build is ****ed up as hell.

Anyone with any brain cells would know not to take Eleisa's Miracle, for example.

Thank you, I might update this in the future or not as the community here has been rather... less helpful than I imagined. I was considering just taking this down until I realized it was the same two people constantly spamming the hate comments, and most anyone else joining in are in response to them :/

any ideas to help my cause would be more than welcome, since apparently you think it could be done better.

Edit: just realized your profile says your silver tier, only interested in gold or higher players sorry.

Here's some helpful advice:

1- Never released an unfinished guide. You don't have a reason to do it, but we then have a reason to downvote.

2- When I see "Read before downvoting" that makes me feel obliged to downvote it without reading.
