This build is great for normal and for silver rankeds if u dont have specific runes for Evelynn. Its also very versatile hybyryd, killing instatnly oponent and giving no chance to run or catch you. Played many games with this build and i find it very entertaining. They only problem is you need to get first frag and take all the jungle in first phase. Its not so hard tough.

In first phase you need to go blue buff and make sure a tanky teammate will retake about 200 dmg from golems. Off you go, you got blue now! Go wolves, wraiths and red buff. Now stop and look at mid lane and bot lane. If it is gankable go there and make sure to ping and dont stop. Just run on rage at them. Focus champ without escape mechanism, dont focus tanks. Now u should have frag - go golems or if u lost too much hp recall to base. Gank top and go jungle etc. Buy spirit of ancient golem and boots. Help yourself with pots. If u lost blue buff early game you need to buy also few mana pots.

Now you are becoming a monster. If u already have SOAG and BOM go for Hextech gunblade. It gives you extra cc to catch or run and boost your damage sky-high. If u have some problems with mana buy fast sheen. Off you go. Remember to cut some farm to feed asap. If u did everything right you should become quite a tank.

Now you are close to full build, most towers on map has fallen. Try to scan map for lone players. Try tu hunt them before anyone notices. Ask your team to engage teafigt. Wait for a moment of hug and then ult all of them to ensure you will invincible shilded. They will run in panic if they are on low. Show no mercy, do not hesitate and your transformation to the dark side will be complete!

This build will be upgraded as soon as i try all the modifications. For now its the most killer build i tried tough.
