The first one: I have gotten a Zeal before when I was owning and there were at least 2 leavers but not as a normal item. I guess Phantom dancers would be fun for trolling people (I have once gone for full Zeals 5v5 and we won).
The second one: There are better builds but if you really want to do something like that, you need a Zhonya's Ring.
As far as the straight AP one is concerned. I just don't like mass Archangels. You only get the mana increase from one since it's an unique passive. I just prefer other forms of AP that help for various other situations.
Also I don't like boots of swiftness, yes your faster up until the fight but during it you just don't move as quickly when the cc is applied. That is why i prefer mercury treads myself.
