I think this is a really good build, with one exception. I'm thrown off by the Frozen Heart. Consider Morello's Evil Tome instead: more ability power, mana regen instead of straight mana, and the same CDR for less gold. I know the armor is nice on Frozen Heart, and the passive can help when you get in the thick of things for your ult, but I would use it only as a situational item over Morello's against high AD teams. Other than that, +1 for you
