Hi, My name is MorroX, a Silver-Gold ELO Zed main.
I started playing Kai'sa 2 months ago, and now, She is one of my favourite champions.
I made a little guide here, where i write the best build, runes, and a guide for her (own opinion)

The Guide
Kai'Sa is a flexable champion, because you can build her on AD, on AP, or you can even go with MIXED build. She's pretty weak in early game, so a Poking support, or a Blitzcrank is a good choice as a Support with Kai'Sa. After the first skill upgrade, She gets the lead. She can easily 1v1 other ADC's, but it depends on your lane management. Your Ultimate is usable in dives, you can easily trick your enemies with your R.
