Introduction
This is by far the most fun way to play Hecarim!!!
Greater Mark of Strength - for early attack damage in jungle. You can also use armor pen marks if you dont have attack damage marks.
Greater Seal of Resillience - for armor early game.
Greater Glyph of Resillience - for armor early game.
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness - for that extra movement speed that Hecarim loves, it also gives him some damage.

That is not a tree you usually see. The offensive masteries give you the 10% more movement speed on Ghost. And 2/3 on Brute Force gives you some damage for the early game jungle.
The defensive masteries give you some sustain in the jungle, aswell as some very appreciated movement speed increase, when above 70% health.
The utility masteries give you some mana regen which will come in handy when not on blue buff, and again some movement speed on Swiftness, which this build is all about. Runic Affinity increases the duration of buffs, which is perfect on a jungler.
Start off with boots and three health pots. On Hecarim you dont need cloth armor at start, because of his W "Spirit of Dread", which heal you an amount of 30% of damage dealt to enemies within the duration. Note: Smite will acutally work on this effect, so use smite while "Spirit of Dread" is active for a small heal!.
Rush Boots of Mobility, and get a Regrowth Pendant if you cant afford Philosophers stone. Get Shurelya´s Reverie for the great active that gives you 40% movement speed ( Use to gank, chase and escape).
Get Youmuu´s Ghostblade for some damage, and the active that gives you 20% movement speed, aswell as 50% attack speed for 4 seconds. ( pop Ghostblade and Shurelya´s, Devestating Charge (E), aswell as ghost, to get maximun movement speed and exceptional ganks.
Infinity Edge for pure damage and crit.
Phantom Dancer for movement speed and overall insane damage.
Next choose between a situational item, Phanton Dancer again for more speed, Trinity Force is you think you need to get a little better everything. You can also get a Frozen Mallet for some sustain and slow.
The reason you dont have any tanky items is because your great mobility. You can outrun anyone, and with your Ultimate, you can escape through terrain.

Start with Rampage for damage in jungle, try to spam this as often as possible to keep the stacks of this skill on. Max this second.
Spirit of Dread, take this second, and max this first. Does damage and heals you in the jungle.
Devestating Charge as third pick, and max it third. This is mainly used for the speed and push, so one point will do until late game.
Onslaught of Shadows, pick at 6, 11, 16 as always. Great for chasing enemies, securing a kill, or the best escape ability. With this skill u can take alot of risks, because you can escape with ease.

Ghost for the movement speed, which is GREAT on Hecarim. U already knew that by now.
Smite is a must for every jungler. Also used to heal Hecarim when his W Spirit of Dread is up. ( This has saved me tons of times, when i have turret dived, and need some hp to survive that last turret hit.

1. Wolves
2. Blue buff
Have your mid to pull and do some dmg to these 2 for some extra speed in the jungle.
3. Red (smite not ready)
Gank?
4. Wraiths
5. Golems
Now you got your 2nd smite ready.
Gank? Home? enemy jungle farm?
6. Wolves / Wraits / Golems rotation.
Even if the enemy lane has placed a ward, you run so fast you will be behind them before the get to react!

Pop all your movement speed actives, and run straight to the AD carry if possible. Take him out. If full health you can use your Ultimate to destroy the enemy team, or you can escape by either running away or ultimate.
Remember, you are not a tank! You have crazy damage for a few seconds, so use it well! Kill their carry before he get the time to react.
