Dr. Mundo Passive Ability
Introduction
Anyways, I entitled this build "Mundo Slow." Obviously, this is because you have slows. You get a Frozen Mallet for an on-hit slow, you have your cleaver, and you have exhaust. This gives you three different slows and you a much more effective tank and chaser.
Utility tree is just plain bad on him, since he doesn't use mana and Mundo definitely doesn't struggle with movement speed or health regen issues. So, you have to decide between the attack tree and the defense tree. Since Mundo isn't really a straight tank or DPS, he doesn't benefit all the much from the ending masteries on either tree, so I just go down both. The masteries I have selected all help Mundo a lot.
Spirit Visage - If you aren't getting this on Mundo, you probably don't know how to play Mundo. It makes his ult a lot better, nuff said.
Boots of Swiftness - You can get Ninja Tabi, Merc's Treads, or something else if the game calls for it. Boots of Swiftness is a solid choice that is good in any game though. It helps to get to team fights quickly, run in and tank easier, chase a lot better, and then get away quickly.
Frozen Mallet - The health and the slow are great on Mundo, especially if you'll be tanking and meleeing a lot.
Force of Nature - Needs some magic resistance. It also provides more health regen and movement speed, which are Mundo's strong points and allow him to tank very well.
Atma's Impaler - This gives you armor and better attack. With this, Frozen Mallet, and your cleaver, you should be doing lots of damage, getting lots of slows, and just being generally annoying.
Stark's Fervor - You can replace this with something else, whatever the game calls for. It gives you (and the rest of your team, which is the main part) life steal, which is a great help in team fights. Your dps champs will love you for getting this. Of course, do not get this if someone else on your team is already getting one.

Banshee's Veil - Counter annoying stuns.
Guardian Angel - "You finally killed me... Just kidding!"
Aegis of the Legion - Give your team some extra armor/mr. Good for when you're on a squishy team.
Warmog's Armor - It gives you tons of health and some attack damage, thanks to the Atma's passive.
Thornmail - Against heavy AD teams.
