It is said that the man now known as Dr. Mundo was born in the city of Zaun without any sort of conscience. Instead, he had an unquenchable desire to inflict pain through experimentation. By the time he was five, most of the pets in the Zaun neighborhood where Mundo grew up had gone missing. By his teenage years, his parents were nowhere to be found. By the time he had legally acquired his license to practice medicine, he had been acquitted of thirty-eight separate charges of murder by the Zaun authorities; the lack of evidence made prosecution impossible.
Dr. Mundo has become equal parts serial killer and mad scientist, though no one is entirely sure how his butchery qualifies as science. However, he has made tremendous strides in mapping the pain response in the human brain and body, going so far as being able to suppress it, even in the most excruciating of circumstances. He has also tapped into the primal parts of the brain through chemistry, learning how to enhance aggression and adrenaline, as well as dulling conscience and the survival instinct. In short, Dr. Mundo's life's work has been how to create the perfect science-enhanced killer. Unfortunately, the city-state of Noxus regards such behavior as a sign of initiative and ambition, rather than inhumanity. Originally fighting for Zaun, Dr. Mundo was recruited to also fight for Noxus in the League of Legends; the Madman dual faction status represents the fruits of a blossoming relationship between Zaun and Noxus. He continues his experiments to this day, even using himself as an experimental subject, as evidenced by his disfigured appearance and his... unique manner of speaking. There are rumors that the High Command in Noxus has given him free reign to pursue his life's work in his spare time.

Hi there!Welcome to my guide for the ultimate tank in game......DR.Mundo!U may say mundo is not a good tank!U will say Rammus owns!U just press W and u win he game!Then i will say press R on Mundo and let s see who is better!This guide is to show u that Dr.Mundo is a tank and probably the best although u can play him as an off-tank as well.Have fun playing this mundo and i m sure that u will lose almost never!I have only 2 losses in ranked game with mundo and 89 wins ;)using this mundo!

My rune setup is aiming the early and mid game.With the boost of dodge I help a lot him in early game with the help of ninja's tabi.I provide him some health,armor and magic resist for his laning and getting the first blood.

Passive:Pretty useless passive. 3 health per second for every 1000 health you have. Oh well, the rest of his abilities are good enough to make up for it.


Q:Really good!It helps u kill enemy champs and secure some kills!


W:The damage is good for farming and helps u a lot in teamfights.But is losses a lot of health!


E:This is what makes AD/AD tanking viable.Really good in 1vs1 battles and for laning!

R:One of the best ults in the game, imo. Early to mid game this is used for general survivability and to solo dragon and such. Lategame you use it...pretty much if you're being targeted or to get back in the game and push after winning a teamfight. I actually usually don't have to use it while tanking Baron but it's really useful in teamfights and ganks regardless of your role.

Mundo is champ tha can easily carry many kills!mainly spamming with his Q he can get many kills (and killsteals :P) and be the boss in team fights using W damaging all champs nearby.In 1vs1 he can t lose if he is using his skills!Also he can farm easily and jungle as well!Really u should try overtake Baron in lvl 11.....he can do it!He is the only champ that can take down Baron solo at lvl 11!Just spam cleaver and use ur E and use ulty when needed!!!Mundo can overtake every champ expect one i always have problems with....None!No enemy can kill u easily and tanks are easily get counter by his cleaver!

OF COURSE FLASH!Every champ needs flash!He can escape get a kill and surprise an enemy champ!Then a really good spell is exhaust cause u can spam Q while ur enemy chaml has this effect and prevents them to escape!I dont reccomend any other spell besides heal and ignite that can help u in early game.

My items are mainly for heavy AD.At start buy a Regroth Pendant and a health potion,really neccesary if u want to spam infected cleaver in early game.Then i ninja tabi or mercury's.Of course use mercurys against a team with lot of mages and tanks and the tabi against heavy AD champions.Warmog is the main item for mundo.The health and health regen is remarkable and a good choice to be ur 1st item.I reccomend to purchase and a second one and there is the point that ur going to be undeafeatable.Don t buy frozen mallet!It gives 500 health less and the slow and AD are not neccesary for mundo as it has his own of both of em.Then buy thornail or force of nature.Then the guardian s angel is a really good option for mundo if u use it s passive with his ultimate!As a sixth item buy force of nature or atmas impaler!The thornail/force and atmas/force depends on the situation.

-Mundo becomes a realy bulky champion that can t be beaten
-It is a really good anti-tanker with his Q
-He don t have to recall every time cause u can stay in lane with his ulty
-Really good in late game
-Cause Mundo is just simply the best!
-The only tank that can carry

Cons-

-Difficult early game cause of the health miss by the abilities
