Im new to game but this is the build i got and i hardly died and i dealt lots of Dmg ( btw you can Choose over hextech or rylai's Staff which you get first) all so runes im not so sure about i got magicPen for red and AP for everything else cuz it helps you alot early game PhisDmg for me isn't that Awesome early. Please rate it if you like/love it :D you can also Change Trinity Force to Phantom Dancer cost's less and helps you Close enough to Force

With all the Ap with runes early game is easy with 2 points in Devastating blow and one in Charge you can one shot Garen when he has Doran's shield of/c by one shoot i mean charge ( to wall) then Devastating blow( thats just an Ex. just think what you would do vs someone with like 200 less hp then Garen O_O Wowza )..Mastery you can do what you think is best i got crit and AP per lvl in offense cuz crit for one is sexy and with Edge you do 250% other then 200% crit dmg and i got mane/health regan in utility cuz i see my self runing out of mana ( early game ) and having to Recall Improve ghost and exhaust is Common sense cuz those are your two summoners spells
