This build seems very subpar. Your parleys aren't even worth hitting or critting with until you buy your inf-edge. Not taking 1 point early in Raise Morale is a gigantic mistake I feel as well. Denying the enemies XP/Gold seems pretty overpowered, and you're entirely ignoring that aspect of the GP. Also, Remove Scurvy doesn't even heal you for enough to be worth building into as fast as your build does.

I would rate this build a very substandard 3/10.
