I play solo top a lot, usually a friend jungles and helps me out from time to time but I do pretty good against bots its a piece of cake to bate them under the tower then slow with the cleaver for the kill. I do not tend to level into Burning Agony until late because it is useful to take out minions and I do not depend on it to get me to many Champion Kills but also the higher you level it the more health per second it cost you if you keep it level 1 until you have a high enough Health Regen then while you have it on you still gain HP. I also stay in lane a long time after I hit up level 6 just by using his Ultimate to heal back up then continue to push the tower. Leveling into his E helps to push the towers and the Altmas Impaler takes all his HP and converts it into AD to help with his slow auto attacks and for taking towers.

At the end game with his Ult on it will take 3 enemy champs over ten seconds just to kill him off and thats if they can stun/slow him enough while throwing everything they got at him.
