why it works
Lethal Tempo gets more value the longer the fight is and your 1st item makes the fight longer.
Nashor's helps stack Lethal Tempo faster and further increases your dps which synergizes with longer fights.
You lose less damage than you gain durability, resulting in you being able to stat check people and 1v2 enemy mid+jgl.
This build is especially good vs burst champions, since they can't burst you and then you win with your dps.
