I am only level 9 so all of my masteries and runes are set to level 9. This build takes me about 20 minutes to be really effective so please don's pass judgment within the first half of the game. Using this build i was able to pwn a lvl 18 xin with all health and attack speed at the end of the game. I finished the most recent game using this build at 18/4/9 so please try to use it before slandering my style. Hope you enjoy.

I'm creating this build because i have found that it works very well for myself at a low level. I was told to tank with nasus and all would be ok... now lets take that a step further. Nasus gains a lot of health with each levsel. So to start you need to purchase hearts of gold. And lets make that three, ha ha. After you have the hearts of gold you then get 3 gold a second. While you need to level up as fast as possible you to get your ultimate make sure you use siphon for last kills on minions so that it will be stronger in the end. Avoid using the spirit fire as it will not help with anything other than minions in the end. Once you have all of you spells and your ult with these items you will be unstoppable. After the hearts of gold you need to work on madred's bloodrazors. Then you need to get the bloodthirster and the final item you will need will be the infinity edge. With all of that attack damage and nasus' life steal combined with the bloodthirster you will regen unbelievably on each attack. When attack other champions in the end try to make sure you are constantly clicking the first spell while attack and if you used it properly in the beginning it will help a lot. Once you have the infinity edge if you still have time to waste sell one of the hearts of gold and work on the frozen mallet just for a little more health haha.
