Nasus is a very strong champion, and if he is played right, he will grow into almost being invounerable.

Runes are very basic, i get armor pen for more damage on Q and dogde + magic res is just for survivability. I get the movementspeed quints because i like to be able to catch up to enemies.

I like to start of with a regrowth pendant so i can stay on the lane longer, and i upgrade it to a philosofer stone for the gold per 5 and for the mana, so i can keep spamming Q.

Trinity Force is THE core item for Nasus, and you should get this in every single match. The movement speed, the extra damage on Q, even the slow is just perfect for Nasus, and you also get some extra stats.

I almost chose mercury's treads every time because the tenacity is very important since you might get alot of slows and stuns if you do well.

Force of nature is also a must buy, i gives you a lot of magic res + movement and health regen.

After FON i usually get an offensive item such as Atma's Impaler. This is particularry good on Nasus because he gets so much health, and crit and amor is also great.

If the match comes this far you can either go for more damage or more tankyness. Choose either Sunfire Cape, Guardian Angel og Bloodthirster. Infinity Edge is also a posibility, but i don't like it for Nasus.

Only important thing with skills i that you always level up your Q (Siphon Strike). You need the reduced cd to become strong in late game.

Go solo top as Nasus. With your regrowth pendant and you pot you wont have to go back before you have around 2k gold so you can buy philosofor stone, boots and sheen.

When you are laning you HAVE to use you Q on minions all the time. As a ground rule you should atleast have 10 extra damage per minute (e.g. 10 minutes, 100 damage)

Don't really try to harras your opponent, it isnt worth it unless you are sure to get the kill.

Don't use your other spells, they are very expensive on mana and you will need your mana for Q.

I usually still farm on the top lane in mid game, and use my teleport everytime i have to go back. By 25 minutes you should have around 300 damage on Q, and if you have trinity force you should try ganking or parcitipating in teamfights.

You should now help your team pushing towers and getting dragons and baron, and if there is a huge minion wave near one of your towers, use teleport and get some more gold and farm on Q.

In the teamfights you want to be up front because you are the tank. You should aim your slow on their AD carry as it slowes attackspeed too. Use your spirit fire on your own target or make it hit many targets. Then just use your Q on squishies, it should now 2-shot them.
