I am not an a great player but I am a pretty good Neeko main. This build is really good but I would try it out to see if it fits your play style. This build is for an aggressive play style. Also, if you would to comment on how this works in higher Elo I can make a adjusted build later on for those people.

You Can really go anything but, Rocketbelt in my opinion is just too strong for a Neeko player to not go. Ya, the Luden's Tempest is really good but both give Magic penetration. So hopefully at the end of the game you can be dealing near true damage if they are tank. ( In the Notes I have explained the rest of the items, this because I don't think they need that much of an explantion since those items are used for Neeko on most builds anyways ).

So most Neeko's know that electrecute is best, but Darkest will scale better in the end of the game and for bursting kills, most of the times, will be a breeze with dark harvest, If you can't stack then go for electricute.

Cheap shot is good because true will alway be good no matter the time of the game.

Ghost poro is the a great because the passive despawn can aleart of people if place correctly.

Clearity will help with getting away from enemies when you use W, and you movement speed will help with ulting.

Scorch just helps with more damage and may just give that edge on getting that 2 hp kill after a ignite or strong burst.

If you are not reliant on Ignite TP can be used or even barrier because it can cheese you out of champs like Zed ult or Ignite.

Flash is superior on anyone.

Ghost is a really hard one to pull off, but if done well can really hurt the enemy team when you pop out of no where and just ult at mock 2. ( if you want to combo and you don't think you'll need the extra damage, then Preditor can be done ).
