Hi, this is my first guide here and I just had this crazy idea of an offtank kassadin who still does A LOT of damage.

The runes here are just an idea in case they stay the same after kassadin's changes. But they will probabaly change, so just forget about it.

Got some pretty basic AP offense, with more mana and some defense for early.

Here is the interesting part. New Kassadin will be VERY mana intensive. The cooldown on the ulti will be 3 seconds, which with 30% CD reduction from the itens +10% off a blue or a late potion will complete your 40% CD reduction so you can jump EVERY 1.8 SECONDS, while reducing their movement speed for 1.5 seconds! Your Auto Attack damage will be very high due to Muramana and the W, which wiil be ever up with a cooldown of 3 SECONDS! With both on, you will be actually INCREASING your damage with every auto, regenerating more mana then spent. You will also have a Big amount of armor, Magic resistance, and magic damage reduction and atack speed from kassadin's passive. It will also be hard to counter you due to no one expecting kassadin to do so much physical damage. With your huge mana pool and athene's mana regenaration, you can ulti every 1.8 seconds and hardly ever worry about mana.
