Prolly a Grasp lane unless you gamble on a strong level 1 trade and manage to bully him out wich is hard if he is not incompetent. You will have a hard time but its winnable. Definitly recomennding going for a AP build here! Trinity won't give you enough sustain, he will win trades and all in's otherwise very easy.

Aatrox

Can be a very though lane till you got used to it. Make sure to dodge his Q with ur cougar W. His heal depends on the damage dealt - make sure to get armor to reduce his healing, play the lane with ignite and once you have enough money buy heal reduction (ap version most likely) to prevent him from healing. Armor won't do it, good aatrox wont auto attack u if u have it. Make sure to get boots early, prolly the small zhonya item (1600g) to have more armor and more sustain on lane.

Ambessa

Can be annoying, esp. if you do not keep the distance proper. Make sure to get boots early, prolly the small zhonya item (1600g) to have more armor and more sustain on lane.

Dr. Mundo

You have a hard time bullying him out of lane, he farms pre 6 with cleave and once he has warmogs/heartsteel you lose raw all ins. Make sure to still try bullying him out, maybe you get him atleast once pre 6. After that you have to decide (after first item) if u wanna try BOTRK or the 2% hp/sek dmg ap item to even have a chance to fight him. Decide on theyr other solo laner, you want to sidelande and mostly not face mundo too much unless you wrecked him inlane.

Yasuo

You can win vs him pre lv 3 pretty easy (make sure if he takes LT to not all in / take to much dmg early on, you win level 2/3 thought if you poke him to 80% ish. After that you definitly need mobility to not get all in'd. Tabi rush dorans blade start sheen and prolly 1600g zhonya item will help you a lot, delays your progression if you screw up and you may end up stuck if you dont win it with a lot of armor and not enough dmg to kill others, so be carefull here!

Yone

Gangplank

Can be annoying and definitly will outscale you, pre 6 you have a very easy life zoning him but you definitly need sustain to keep bullying him till level 9 ish. After that you need level 11 to win the last time if its even, after that he outscales you hard (you only win @11 if you customize right and dont eat barrels)

Renekton

Pretty rough lane if you dont position properly. The bonus HP and AP dmg from his Ult can be annoying for you to all in him after 6 esp. with his sustain and easy trade ability with minions arround. Its a hard lane if you screw up minions, dont let him freeze if youre behind!

Fiora

Though one but definitly in your favour early on. Make sure to NOT waste your cougar Q on her W and youre good.

Camille

Annoying to play against, definitly recommending trinity zhonya first 2 items here. The shield will either be AD or AP and you can play arround that having both damage types pretty easy. Late you wont see a light against her, early you can dominate her thought.

Darius

Make sure to not push too hard out if you CANT win the all in. Flash + ghost to run you down will be a huge pain if you overextend and push too far out!

Jax

Very very annoying rn. because the DMG types and his ability to just jump W in ur face all day. If he jumps you, go cougar and Q him if he E's W away. and go back to a few ranged auto's. Pretty doable but you can NOT let him allow to take cs w/o punishment early on! He will outscale you quick, movementspeed is mandatory else he hits the stun and can just smack you.

Mordekaiser

Very weak early, easy to dominate till he hits level 6. Try to use the toplane bush to play arround it, once he has rylias it is though. AP builds helps a LOT with winning extended trades. But dont even think you goanna win late. He smokes you.

Malphite

Pre 8 you dominate him, regardless if he goes AD or AP. Make sure you get small resistances that he can't just R and run you down after 6 when youre pushing. Besides that he will lose the all in, sustain (AP) is your friend.

Riven

Gwen

Prolly the best to build AP in this matchup, is debateable thought. If you stomp hard trinity is also working great. Make sure to NOT fight her meele range early game, she smokes you if you dont respect her. Otherwise you can dominate her till 11 pretty easy.

Cho'Gath

He is pretty annoying because his sustain, make sure to punish him. Use your level 1 advantage!

Kayle

Can be very annoying esp because she wins level 1 if you take grasp and has PTA, after 6 its also annoying because her ult and she outscales you quick. The best is to also go AP build here over AD, to be able to dominate her till level 11.

Teemo

Make sure to rush the Mres item with 55? base movementspeed and +70 mres after some ticks of AP dmg (dunno its name) but with that your base dmg is enough to smack him in cougar.

Galio

Pretty easy to poke out of lane, AD poke ftw.

Gragas

VERY VERY annoying with his Bodyslam int your jump. I highly recommend building AP here to match his sustain but he has basicly no chance to kill you unless you screw up.

Rumble

Pretty high DPS make sure to only go cougar if you can finish him. AP recommendet, trinity with some AP early works like a charm.

Gnar

Can be annoying if he takes fleet footwalk? I highly recommend run grasp and build ap first and try to get short cougar trades in.

Zaahen

Pretty much annoying CC but not a big threat if you get some armor. Ignite wins it early for you. Make sure to NOT get all in in one long fight same as with darius. Win extended trade, sustain up with heal and finish.

Yorick

Can be very annoying because of the high early damage but you can dodge his spell pretty easy with cougar. If you dont kill him 1-2 times pre 6 you may have a hard time but it shouldnt be too bad.

Illaoi

Pretty easy lane, not much to say but cougar mobility wins it. Make sure to use your passive (cougar W reduced CD on marked targets)

Tryndamere

If he skills E level 1 dont get hit too hard be careful! If you just wait till 5 you can kill him pretty easy if not he definitly should not have enough DPS to just kill you if dont play over aggressive. His sustain is annoying but once he uses it he has low DPS your time to get a trade in and make him regret coming near you

K'Sante

Conquerer lane, he is beeefy but you both dont hurt each other too bad. Would recommend to even go dorans shield here and trade in cougar a lot. You should not build up to only face him, he has much more use in teamfights and bad splitpush. Look out for theyr other solo laner wich may be who defends you mainly.
