This is my first guide so I might be missing a lot of things. Please give critical yet constructive comments so I can improve. I figured out how to make the icons but I won't add a lot for now.

I wanted to make a guide for spell casters because in Dominion there are no spell casters that are safe not even Most spell casters are easily taken down before they can pull out their damage.

I use standard ability power runes except for Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed. Move speed is very important in Dominion whether it's chasing someone, running away, backdooring points, or defending points.

Standard ability power masteries. Nuff said.

Whatever boots you want is optional. Sometimes I take Mobility Boots or sometimes Sorcerer's Boots, it's really up to you and what you like and also who you're against.

You might be wondering why both Rod of Ages and Rylai's Crystal Scepter or why Rylai's Crystal Scepter or Rod of Ages at all? Sustainability is very important for nidalee. As long as she can dish out spears she can easily defend points. If someone like Talon, Xin Zhao, or Katarina were to jump onto Nidalee you would die in an instant. The longer you live, the longer you keep your allies in lane, throw spears, and can lay traps. Since characters like Evelynn and Shaco are very popular in Dominion.

Maxing Javelin Toss / Takedown is very important to stopping captures and killing since that is the only damage in human form. Obviously level up Aspect Of The Cougar at 6,11,16 and then max Primal Surge / Swipe and Bushwhack / Pounce last.

You can take Exhaust Ghost, Exhaust Flash, but definately take some sort of retreat skill. Most people take Exhaust in Dominion.
