Yeah,I discovered about summoner spells. My friend told me that.-__-
About runes and items,it's true.
Yeah,I use my Q often. And I max it 2nd so magic pen. is always useful.
I don't get what you wanted to say about my W,but okay.
The cooldown of summonerspells is NOT reduced by CDR-items, get your facts straight!
Also I would get Randuin's Omen way earlier than you did in the purchase order at the top of this guide.
1. Masteries: Honor Guard is maybe not the best choice, but well, i would prefer a 0/21/9 and some points in Swiftness for more speed anyway. Movementspeed is really nice and usefull to have on tanks and especially on solotops.
2. Low details at runechoices / itemchoices.
2.1: Itemchoice: In my eyes this feels like you looked at his scaling and picked randomly some items that provide AP and/or resistances.
You explained other items, but not the items you recommend. Other way round would be way nicer.
2.2: Why do you want to use the runes? Especially: Why would you want to get magicpenetration-marks, when you are not skilling your spammable Vorpal Blade?
3. Skillorder: Your argument about maxing Feint first is weird. You say you want it for the shieldammount. But basically you want to max it first (if you really think you have to) for getting more procs of your passive ;)
P.S.: I like your explanaiton of the shortcuts in the itemsection ;)
First off, I found many grammatical mistakes which really takes away from the professional aspect of the guide. Whether or not you think being professional is important, people listen to your ideas more if you have a strong voice in what you write.
I really dislike the fact that you max your W first. Having extra shields is nice mid/late game but they have nerfed it to cost more energy and you will get out harassed by any good player. Also being a tank means that you need to be a threat or nobody will target you which makes Vorpal Blade even better. Although you may think you aren't helping your team by getting Q first, the health regeneration can be extremely team friendly. Also the target marker on top of the enemy when using Vorpal Blade can help initiate fights. If you are maxing W first, please give me a reason why it is a better choice.
Lastly work on your formatting with BBCoding, adding columns and headers really makes the guide shine more. If you make any changes to the guide I will give it a second look.
-Turtality
You provide a build that is tanky, but not very damage efficient. With Shen, you want to split push effectively. Instead of Sunfire, a Wits End is cheaper and better for split pushing. Otherwise, it isn't that bad of a guide.
You also notice a lot of Trinity Forces on Shen in higher level gameplay as it helps quite a bit in damage, but never an item to rush on Shen.
Frozen Mallet is also underestimated on him since he can peel away at whoever runs to make it an east kill for your carry.
You should work on gameplay tips, specifically focusing on your role in teamfights, split pushing, using your ult, and your taunt.
Good build nevertheless!
