I read the guide and could not even look some of the sections. It's a good idea to add some form of letting the players know that this is important, so read this, kind of insigma. Try formatting your stuff so it looks more neat. Overall, I agreed with some of it, but, I suppose that's how you play, so, I'm not going to criticize that.

HP quints are a no-no IMHO, You'd be better off with AD for easier last-hitting.

The information in this guide is fine but the guide at first glance looks very bland and the lack of pictures will deter MANY readers. I suggest reading jhoijhoi's guide on making guides if you haven't already. I can't honestly vote now but I will check back and vote if you add pictures and some "color" to the guide. Good luck!
