ok its jungle gp. It does work, though i am by no means a master/ decent player. All i can say is its a fun build and easy to do.

jungle route = wolves - wraiths (smite big 1) - twin golem - red if u can if not back to base then blue then red + any trash along the way. ur damage comes as soon as u get 1 tiamat. AOE Q = dead opposition.

This isnt really a guide. more just a report of what can be done.
