I added the item links but i dont know why i dont get the same result as you? I also added Nocs main counter champions

I find this to be a mixed bag for me. This is less of a guide and more of a build, to be honest. That's not to say it's bad; it simply needs more. If you had simply made a build, this would be perfect for what it is. The items, masteries, runes, spells, they're all perfectly fine. Most of them mesh quite well with Nocturne, even if things like Armor Pen and Black Cleaver were nerfed. However, you posted this as a guide, and that's why I can't sign off on it just yet. Mine is by no means perfect, but it is in-depth. People look up guides so they know EXACTLY WHY you picked what you did, when you did it, and where you go.

You need to post a jungle route immediately. Nocturne is sub-par in the current meta when it comes to laning, but he is an outstanding jungler due to his utility, clear times, and ganking talent. Most of all, you need to expand and optimize this guide. Place item links (like I did with Black Cleaver) for one, put in Champion match-ups in both the jungle and out of it with both those he counters and doesn't (I'll be doing that myself soon, focusing on his counters, like Jax and Olaf), and much more. Once you do, I'll proudly sign off on this guide.

Your mixing blues and reds a bit much. I wouldn't bring any extra AS on blues and just go full on reds, because that tiny bit of armor pen won't add anything.

Since Armor pen was nerfed i took most of the armor pen out and exchanged it for AS to match his passive

Well personally I think your runes are a bit awkward, but the item build and abilities look fine. It's just a bit short, so I can't give it a +1.
