<You are weak against a cc enemy team, so in that case try to build Cimitarre (to nullify these effects) or Night Blade to have an extra ability shield.

Use your Q to chase the enemy at level 1 and deal him tons of damage, then upgrade your E to get that chance of chasing him or escape from him with the fear and MV BONUS, if you are in the midlane or the toplane you have to keep your ult to rotate or to come back to lane faster.
