This is my build. Sorry for my english , i'm not very good. Each time i use this build , i got like 20/10/15.

I buy a lot of atk damage. That's boost duskbringer and paranoia. Trinity force is'nt my first choice but it's powerfull with sheen , that give a 100% bonus damage. After paranoia it's usefull. Attack speed is useless cause you have approximately 1.7 atk speed at the end of the game. If you need you can buy banshee's veil ( replace trinity force for this item ) or buy an other bloodthirster for more lifesteal and damage. If they buy thornmail or armor just get a last whisper.

I always use paranoia for engage a fight. It's usefull 1 vs 1 cause the ennemy team can't help her friend.
