Welcome to my tf build.This is my first build so write any complains or tips in the comments.
I would like to say that this is the way i play tf,it may not be the best way but i get good games like this.The item build is somewhat expensive but with good farming/getting fed it shouldn't really be a problem.

Armor penetration-Great for taking down tanky champs like shen

Health-Because TF is squishier than a jellyfish

Cooldown reduction-Because the cooldown on his ultimate is really long (and goes well with stacked deck)

Start out with Boots of speed and 3 health pots
Make sure you have enough money to get Berserker's Greaves before you get back
Your third item will be a Zeal
Then you get a sword of the divine
After that you get a BF sword
Then you make your zeal into a phantom dancer
After that you make the BF sword into a Infinity edge
Buy another Phantom dancer
Then get a bloodthirster

-Get pick a card at level 1
-max out stacked deck first (extra attack speed and cooldown reduction + the damage bonus on every 4 hits)
-max out pick a card second
-and wild cards last (its useless for an AD tf)
-and get destiny whenever you can

Ignite -Great for finishing off ganks and making the lives of champs like mundo harder
Flash-Chasing/Escaping

other spells you could take:
Exhaust-Goes well with ignite but i prefer flash for the escape mechanic
Ghost-Good for chasing/escaping

Pros
-Strong early and late game
-Harrasing is really easy
-taking down turrets isn't a problem
-you can kill most champions in a 1v1
-throws cards
-is like Gambit
Cons
-Tf isn't the best mid game champ.
-gets focused in team fights
-Squishy like a sponge
-CC is super effective on tf

Early game is somewhat easy for tf.
You should buy health potions whenever you go back
To harras you get 3 hits on stacked deck - get gold card - stun opponent - auto attack until stun is over.

When you get to level 6 you should go back and buy boots if you already haven't (and get some items to build a zeal).Look around the map for anyone who isn't close to a turret or if a teammate is in trouble.Use destiny to teleport and kill the enemy or save your teammate.

Mid game is kinda boring when playing Tf.
Unless the enemy team is really bad or if you are fed , you shouldn't be going 1v1 unless you are 110% sure you can kill the enemy.
Nid game is the time to farm , farm really hard.Go farm lanes and the jungle so you can get money for the infinity edge and phantom dancer

By this time you should be able to slice your enemies in half.
If you use destiny and see a squishy or kinda squishy champ who isn't with teammates or isn't near a turret , then kill him.Most of the time you will get them, but Do not i repeast Do not try and kill someone who has good escapes and or good cc

At really really late game you can sell your boots and get a second infinity edge or a bloodrazor if they have a lot of tanks or a lot of hp
