a 2nd archangels staff would give me 116.82 ap, its just a little diff but thats why i picked the ring and yea i do got spell reduction look at my runes i got 38.16

I would active Blood Boil at the start at least. It helps chasing and escaping. The rest looks very okay for me for an AP Nunu Build, although you have no spell reduction to blast out slowing Ice as hell, but that's fine. Can't have everything.
