Ok guys, keep in mind, this build is not verry tried out or used by anyone as far as i know. But the point of the build is dammage, Rammus's Q (Powerball) stack's 100% with AP, wich in turn means loads of dammage. Tremors also stacks well and gives you a huge advantage on pushing lanes and towers. His shield is somewhat weaker with this kind of build though, so i would not use him as a tank when going this build. That being said he actually still has tons of survivability here because of tanky AP items you choose. You get good protection from both magic dammage and attack dammage with Zohnyas and Abyssal scepter, and of course lots of that nice AP you would want as an AP. Also im not gonna say anything about when you should build the different items/itemstages because that will depend on what turns the game take.

Ok that is really all. I would recomend going toplane with this build, but jungle might also work well with some modifications.

Also, this guide is a fun guide, so dont use it for serious games guys :P
