I tried this build multiple times to little success.
Personally I wouldn't build black cleaver, it's a bad item.

Only thing I would recommend is getting 10% magic pen instead of armor pen. Because all of your on hit items do magic damage, considering that is your primary source of damage I would consider swapping it.

Great build. Had a lot of fun using and and really dominated people. I replace the wriggles with bloodthirster later on for more damage.

Good build, I use it to the T. Only thing I would change is making the BC an IE, the crit helps you more in end game then the extra AS and debuff from BC. IMO, it works a lot better

You need more AD I think sorry

Really nice build, has insane jungle speed in mid game, and does pretty insane damage while being hard to burst down, nice build
