Try using a little more capitalization and color. Also i really don't understand the masteries. Like Trans said, You should really get Executioner . Also, why would you put 3 points into Deadliness on an AP caster? Also try to put a little more BB coding. I recommend looking at JhoiJhoi's guide on "Making a Guide".

Yeah, Executioner is very important, not to mention you're giving it up for 1 gold per 10 seconds.
Call of the void is more important than visions to start with since you can harass with Q, where as with E, it's a pain to get to spread, and leaves you a sitting duck to be harassed to try and spread it. Besides, the silence is nice for those level 1 brawls. :P

You're not level 5, nor are you support, don't take heal.
(If anything take spell vamp?)

not too sure why u wouldnt go 21/0/9 instead of 20/0/10. Executioner is a really useful mastery on Malzahar especially for his Malefic Visions.

For skills I would take Call of the Void at level 1 first then take Malefic Visions at level 2 and 3. The reason is at level 1 Malefic Visions does not spread and does barely any damage. Call of the Void on the other hand allows you to zone out your opponent from taking last hits. Hence a more useful skill to take at level 1.

Since Malzahar lacks an escape emchanism I highly recommend Flash or Ghost as your final summoner spell instead of Heal.
