Hello!

This build will be mainly focusing on the 1st attack you will do to you're enemy. This is a bruiser build. You will be tanky and dealing a lot of dmg to enemy ADCs. And for godsake! READ THE NOTES!!!!

Combos

Mainly when you go in make sure that you're PASSIVE IS UP and if you have titanic hydra USE ITS
ACTIVE! Usually when you go to battle use you're passive, if the enemy is running away use w, when you got you're passive off then use e and smash them into a wall. After that use q quickly and get some extra DMG off.

Runes

Runes are health because i expect you to build Deadman's plate and Titanic hydra! If u dont want those two then get something else like physical dmg or some other thing!
