I started to use one-shot build after patch 8.11 and i found it really op.
This is not any LCS guide !
Runes
Your second path will focus on bonus ms
Pros / Cons
good 1v1 hard 2v1 early
great late game bad early game
powerful ult ganks stacks are pretty hard to gather
bad at team fights
Creeping / Jungling
