Intro
Pr0w^
Good range
Amazing burst damage
Serves as a moderate support champ
Naturally well-built, good defenses
Obnoxious team fighter
Punishes enemies that follow
Her auto attacks look like shurikens and do stupid amounts of damage with high AP
Cons
Bad mana management without runes / TotG
Slow. She's a 300 movement speed champ (thankfully W helps)
Huge learning curve. Takes a while to understand the playstyle needed.

Pretty basic AP items with final items being
Archangel's
Sorcerer Shoes
Rabadons
Rylai's
Lich Bane
Banshees
Substitutes could include
Rod of Ages instead of Archangel's if you worry about your health
Merc Treads over Sorc Shoes if you feel you'll need more Magic Resistance + Tenacity
Abyssal Scepter over Banshees if their team doesn't make you worry about crazy cc spells (i.e. annoying stuns that are focused on you)
Morello's Evil Tome over anything if you feel like CDR is an issue (I personally don't, but you might think so.)

Clockwork Windup
The more you auto attack, the more you hurt your enemies. It adds a base amount plus a percentage of AP.
Command: Attack
"It sends your ball out and does damage"
This skill sends your ball out, dealing damage with everyone it passes. The ball remains in that spot until you do something with it or pick it up. Max this first.
Command: Dissonance
"It slices enemies and speeds allies / slows enemies"
This skill causes a small AoE effect to happen at the location of the ball, which deals damage to enemies, along with slowing them. In addition, it speeds any ally up inside of it. Max this second.
Command: Protect
"It sends your ball to the target, dealing damage on the way and giving your ally a shield"
The ball provides a shield to the targeted ally, and also deals damage on the passing through of the ball through enemies.
Command: Shockwave
"It sends enemies flying a set distance if in range of your ball. Also deals damage.
This sends enemies in the range of your ball (about the range of W) flying a set distance towards the ball. A key note is this distance is a set one, so if they're really close to the ball, they'll be sent towards it plus more.
Put points into this when you can.

Without ulti: Send ball in with Q, AoE with W, send it back with E or send it somewhere again with Q, auto attacks in between if desired.
With ulti: Send ball in with Q, either use your W to AoE them or scatter at least 2 with your R, then either send e to protect or send it back out with Q.
The usage of the ulti really depends on your playstyle and how many enemies you can trap in it. If you really want to decimate one person, try this:
Q in, W for the AoE, R to scatter, Q again, E it back, (chasing probably starts now or would have started), W on yourself for the speed, Q it past them (yes, past them), then pull it back with E. Repeat if necessary. Squishies usually won't be standing after the second Q or around that time.
