This build is amazing it gives you survivability as well as around 940 AP at 18 and around 2.9k HP. Though it may look a bit noob with the double rod and archangels the stats you get at level 18 are worth it.

Honestly you dont have to get 2 Dorans Rings but i think its actually a viable option. It gives you a little bit more HP mp5 and AP for 475 and when you need the extra space it sells back for more than half. Having said that when it comes to getting 2 Rod of Ages thats a definite yes. The hp and mana you get from having 2 is amazing not to mention that it makes archangels give you all the more AP. Rabadons is a no brainer, 155 AP +30% bonus AP, yea ok enough said. Getting 2 archangels is also a bit awkward but is worth it in the end. The amount of mana you use spamming your spells definetly builds up and having 2 Archangels gives you an immense amount of mana and mp5.

I dont get Command: Protect till after both Attack and Dissonance are maxed, I honestly just put to get it at level 4 because it looks less noob.

You really dont need Flash as a summoner spell, but I just get it for the escaping possibilities. You never know when a gank is gonna happen and you can flash and dissonance to get away. Really you could get ghost just as easily. Ignite I must have on almost all characters, it helps to dps someone down faster and is great to use to get that last hit on someone.
