Spells:
Ghost
Flash
Ability Order
Clockwork Windup (PASSIVE)
Orianna Passive Ability
Introduction
Pros:
Awesome harrasing capabilities with Command: Attack and Command: Dissonance.
Ult which'll stack all your enemy's at the same place
Nice last hitting (due to her lovely passive)
Good speed boost/slow
Shield whenever you need it
Cons:
Damn slow (though faster with this build, due to the Quint's, masteries and the boots at start)
Squishy (though the Command: Protect will help with this)
Often targeted first in teamfights, due to newlyness
It's hard to master The Ball

I take Ghost and Flash as my Summoner spells, this is because she's just simply slow, and the flash will help you land kills with the damage from Command: Attack (again, don't know the shiny trick to put the picture here), or help you escape by jumping over walls.
As for Ghost, I simply love it, using it to pass through minions while escaping/chasing, or simply for the massive speed boost you get using it.

I start out with the Command: Attack, because this'll help you harras quite easily and help you check brush for the people who like to know what's coming for them. After that I pick the Command: Dissonance for further harrasing and, when it'll come to it, the kill. I take the Command: Protect at level four because the utility it gives you, and the bonus armor and MR are always useful.
I prioritize Command Attack and Dissonance, ofcourse taking the ulti whenever I can.

When chasing down an opponent with an ally, and the ally is in front of you, use your
Command: Protect on the ally and use Dissonance directly afterwards, this'll grant you and your ally with a speed boost to catch up with the enemy.
When in teamfights, try and stay a bit in the back, dealing damage with Command: Attack and
Command: Dissonance, when they're all stacking up, use your Command: Shockwave to get them all together for those lovely AOE Ulti's (Katarina's Death Lotus, Nunu's Absolute Zero, Fiddlestick's Crowstorm and other).
When seeing their Karthus casting his Requiem (dunno if I spelled correctly), quickly use your Command: Protect on you or your ally (whoever is lowest) so you can stop him from getting a kill.
These're all the Tips 'n Tricks I got so far, whenever I'll find out another one, I'll post it here.
