Introduction

Panth is i my opinion the best assassin you question why,

I say because he have stun, range damage, low cd, ult very fantastic, hp decent and good damage. In begin game is good killer with your spear and last game with yours combo ult, spears, stun and third skill (i forgeth name =p ), your enemy say nooo panth runn. hahaha

Runes

runes i take Mark 9 armor penetration 1,66
Seals of Crit damage 9
Glyphs of Cooldowns reductions 9
Quintessences 3 of armor penetration 3,3

Masteries

Pros:
Good HP +- 3,5k
Damage 251
CD low +- 2 sec the spears
