OK i highly suggest taking a look at my build, since it is similar as i would say even the same as for item setup. Why taking a look? coz i see you are making a mistake that most ppl do. swapping BF into thirsters before getting additional BF's. I HIGHLY suggest trying out going for pure BF's than upgreading them into thirsters.

Also your skill setup makes absolutly no sense at all to me... you go for pure AD Panth build, than why the hell do you wait so much with getting Heartseeker maxed???

Masteries/Summoner skills.

As i can understand the exhaust and stuff but ignite mastery??????? what the hell for? 10ap??
No lethality? Why? You have 100% crit on low hp ppl. Lethality boosts that crit alot with your AD.

About stacking thirsters... jungle is not the best place :) exept wraiths i suggest farming lanes. 1 nicely placed Heartseeker will give you 6-7 kills. Jungle kills comes pretty slow, but then again quite safe.
