Also you have to remember that HsS will do double dmg to champs, and I think can be used while moving. That is why I said HsS>Aegis. And my combo is Aegis>HsS>Spear Shot (if HsH and auto-attack doesnt kill the target.
I suppose it could work to a degree
But this build runs no mana on it
And those calculations I did were already doubled :P
Its a tank/dps build
And Heartseeker is really quite bad, there is no mana in this build apart from Banshee's Veil but that allows you to keep up your Spear Shot spam
AP Sivir was silly (Thank goodness its no longer possible) but the whole point of this build is to be able to harass and kill off champions whilst still maintaining a very strong level of tankiness.
You may complain that this build requires you to just spam Spear Shot... Well you're right
It is a very effective way to play Pantheon.
And I've used all those builds however this one doesn't really as much on damage as more being viable late game which is what people complain about. As it is Pantheon's early game is easy damage items or not so the damage items are purchased early on to highlight this strength before moving onto a tougher build
Think of it as a tank WW build. The strength is still there you can just maintain it for longer time
I don't expect many people to understand why this build works simply because it doesn't spam damage
But its meant to be balanced better
And yes the Masteries are strange I accept that but it gives you (with the runes) 200 extra starting health to make, extra attack speed and armour penetration is obvious but switching the stuff for better regen is possible if you really want

I get that a longer stun is good to make sure that they take the full HsS, but you are running Frozen Mallet, which HsS is effected by since it counts as physical dmg, AND Frozen Mallet says physical attacks slow the target. That alone means that the 1 sec stun from rank 1 Aegis will be more than enough. If you HsS after Aegis, they will be slowed for the full duration of HsS. Meaning they take all the double dmg, and since that happens, they will get below that 35% and you will be critting them every attack afterwards.
Your AS is equal to 1 item. 40% AS is not enaugh to count him as dps. Checking this guide i feel like i would be forced to stay in mid range just spamming spear and nothing else. But in that way i would invest more in AD.

Read the reasoning
Lets say I have 100 damage
For each level of HSS this is how much damage I do:
1: ( 4 + (36%*100)) * 5 attacks = 40 * 5 = 200
2: ( 6 + (44%*100)) * 5 = 50 * 5 = 250
3: ( 8 + (52%*100)) * 5 = 60 * 5 = 300
4: (10 + (60%*100)) * 5 = 70 * 5 = 350
5: (12 + (68%*100)) * 5 = 80 * 5 = 400
For Spear Shot
1: (30 + (100%*100))= 130
2: (40 + (115%*100))= 155
3: (50 + (130%*100))= 180
4: (60 + (145%*100))= 205
5: (70 + (160%*100))= 230
Note that Spear shot does more than half the damage HSS does whilst being ranged, much cheaper, much shorter cooldown and without keeping you stationary AND does not require your opponent to stay inside the cone to continue to take damage
The reason I level up Aegis? It does more damage and stuns for longer whilst being a smaller mana drain than HSS so I can auto-attack during that time until my spear shot cools down so I can use it again
With a spear shot, Aegis, HSS combo you drain yourself clean very quickly and aren't guaranteed a kill because they aren't stunned for long and you can't level up your spear too early or lose the potency of HSS
In-game its much better to get Spear Shot leveled
