not a bad build solid but some issues in my mind. As DEWO said Shurelya dosent solve Panths mana thrist, not for me anyway. Even with the mana regen seals and the 3 points un ultility i cant see it viable solving the issue. Maybe try swapping it out for a Chalice of harmony or if you have the gold to spare a manamune or if needed a defensive item like Banshees. Your mastries seem a bit mixed up to me, not taking the last point in offensive when you already have 20 points there seems a bit wasteful, and why would you take improved Ignite? the 10ap serves next to no purpose for Panth, i would suggest taking the point of ignite and all 3 from strength of spirit and put them into getting the full 21 in offensive and any spares into resistance or hardiness. Other than those and a few tiny issues this dose seem like a viable build and if it works for you than great keep it up.
Also it dosent seem like you have put any Quints down on this guide, either that or my screen is bugged.
Hmm, i did putted quint's in. But I seriously don't have any trouble with mana.
But I wont replace Shureyla's because that is the secret weapon of my build.
But I Left as you will see, room over for 1 item. If you think this build is quit mana hungry you can put (if you want ofcourse) a mana item in there (like a manamune or another Shureyla's)

Pros:
- Easy to play (as 1-2-3 or W-E-Q)
- Extreme burst damage (small AoE)
- Stunner
- Personal teleport
- Melee champ with extreme range capabilities
- Great creep farmer
- With Aegis he forgives small mistakes like towerdiving
Cons:
- Cooldown dependant
- Extreme mana thirsty champ early game
- No escape mechanism
- Squishy later on
- Not a DPS char
Pros:
- Easy to play (as 1-2-3 or W-E-Q)
- Stunner
- Personal teleport
- Spearshot will do the trick
- Great farmer
- Awesome block
- Great dmg output

- Extreme mana thirsty champ early game
- Squishy later on
- Not a DPS char

i dont know mutch about panteon so i cant help you with yours. however the build is very well sructured and i will give u a +1 for the efford :) Merry X-Mas!!

TBH at least you could give a credit or remain silent. Copying even a tiny bit from other ppl build is never welcomed.

ty for the tip, about the mana problem: It works for me, clarity = waste at late game. I agree that he is quit mana hungry that's why I used the clarity runes
