Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Welcome to my Pantheon guide.
I thought it was a good idea to share my build with the Mobafire community for others to try and see if they like it.
- Easy to play
- Extreme burst damage
- Teleporting Ulti
- Melee Carry DPS
- Aegis Passive Blocking
- With [Manamune] Not dependant on mana.
- Depends on Cooldowns
- Once commited to a fight, hard to escape
- Can be easily killable in late game
- prone to get CC'ed
I didn't pick Clarity because of the introduction to a new new Legendary item in LoL called: The Manamune. it basically solves all the mana issues any AD/DPS mana using champ will have. but i will explain this later on.
Last-Hitting Champs and Creeps
Champion Skills and Abilities:
Aegis Protection - After attacking or casting spells 4 times, Pantheon will block the next normal attack that deals more than 40 damage to him.
This is a very nice Passive that will make towerdiving easier and it's also useful to block incoming attack from enemy champion's :)
Spear Shot - Pantheon hurls his spear at an opponent.
Pantheon hurls his spear at an opponent dealing 30/40/50/60/70 + 100/110/120/130/140 percent of his attack in physical damage.
Cooldown - 4/4/4/4/4 seconds
Cost - 45/45/45/45/45 Mana
Range - 600
I love the spearshot it does excellent damage has a nice range and its great for last hitting minions, harassing and is 'preferrably' your starting spell in your rotation Q/W/E. This Skill works great with the Manamune item as the passive bonuses rely on abilities being used. So spam is the way to go ;)
Aegis of Zeonia - Pantheon leaps at an enemy and bashes the enemy with his shield, stunning them. After finishing the attack, Pantheon readies himself to block the next attack.
Pantheon leaps at the target enemy champion and deals 50/75/100/125/150 (+1) magic damage and stuns them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s). Pantheon also instantly refreshes his Aegis Protection.
Cooldown - 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds
Cost - 70/70/70/70/70 Mana
Range - 600
Second spell in your rotation and is a stun, it does some damage but not very much. u can use this offensively en defensively (stun and run away or stun someone in your retreat path to create distance from your pursuers).
Heartseeker Strike - Pantheon focuses and unleashes 5 swift strikes to the area in front of him, dealing double damage to champions. Pantheon also becomes more aware of his enemy's vital spots, allowing him to always crit enemies below 15% health.
Passive: Pantheon gains 100% critical strike chance against targets below 15/15/15/15/15% of their max health.
Active: Pantheon focuses and deals 5 swift strikes in front of him for 4/6/8/10/12 + 18/22/26/30/34% of his total attack damage as physical damage per strike. Deals double damage to champions.
Cost - 70/80/90/100/110 Mana
Range - 400
Your third Spell in your rotation.
Cone-Shaped AoE Attack that is very useful for Hitting clusters of minions and enemy champions alike. This skill will put the hurt on your foes when u have your three B.F. Swords together :)
Grand Skyfall: - Pantheon composes himself then leaps into the air to a target, striking all enemy units in an area. Enemies closer to the impact point take more damage.
Pantheon gathers his strength and then leaps high into the air, crashing down at the target area a few seconds later. Deals up to 400/700/1000 (+1) magic damage to units at the center (down to 33% at the edge) and slows them by 35% for 1 second.
Cooldown - 150/135/120 seconds
Cost - 150/250/350 Mana
Range - Global
Free teleport. nuff said.
nah just kidding ;P
You can use this spell offensively and defensively. it requires some skill to time and aim right to intercept / escape / support / defend towers / initiate due to it being a casted spell and not instantanious. if u hit em right tho dead on it will do a fair bit of damage plus a small slow to help u get your rotation started.
21/9/0. Cookie cutter Physical Build.
Standard physical build:
Greater Mark of Desolation
Greater Quintessence of Desolation
Greater Seal of Evasion
Greater Glyph of Warding
Concerning The New Item: The ManaMune
+7 Mana Regen/5 sec
+20 Attack Damage
2% of your Max Mana is converted to Attack Damage.
Whenever your champion attacks, they gain 1 max mana (2 second cooldown.) Whenever your champion uses an ability, they gain 4 max mana (3 second cooldown.) Bonus mana caps at 1000.
This item is simply put AMAZING for Pantheon as it makes his spearshots autoattacks and the other abilities increase his manapool.
That sounds okay doesn't it? but wait theres more!
If Pantheon reaches 1350 mana due to the passive bonus it gives the same Attack Damage as a B.F. Sword! Yes u red that right.
on top of this you will get all the mana regeneration Pantheon will ever need and you will never run out of mana again!
You're probably thinking: Yeah thats great and all but it will most likely cost 500000000 gold to buy. u are WRONG!
It only costs 1910 gold!
A B.F. sword plus mana regen and passive bonuses for only a 60 gold more?! Yes.
You can see why this is such a powerful starters item to get because its Extremely cheap and extremely powerful. it will give your pantheon a **** load of staying power in the lanes and frees up a summoner spell lot for other abilities like flash or ghost or teleport etc. solves all the Mana issues and encourages u to spam ur spearshot for maximum harassment and effect. they will fear you in lane... i know because i played this build alot ;)
Get this or your boots first its up to you but i recommend the Manamune forst since flash and ghost will solve the running the first few levels.
Try to stay in Lane till level 6 and you should have enough to buy this item or part of it.
Sword of the Occult
U can choose not to buy a Sword of the occult if you feel you will not get many kills. the Frozen Mallet or last whisper is a nice alternative.
When u get your Three B.F. Sword start upgrading them to Bloodthirster's
The lifesteal in combination with your Attack Damage will Destroy any Champion u come across. Most games dont last this long. but when it does; You will dominate the Battlefield.
I hoped you liked my guide!
