Introduction

Hello and welcome to my Pantheon guide.

This guide will help you learn and utilize Pantheon's skills and abilities within a few games.

Runes

I have chosen the rune set like this, because:

Early game, the Greater Mark of Desolation will prove useful against other champions early game, and it will be extremely useful if you are to solo mid.

The Greater Mark of Malice, will prove very useful as well, as when you get critical strike, and the Greater Mark of Desolation will kick in as well, and deal some pretty hefty damage.

The Greater Seal of Resilience will help protect you, and support you will you burst at your enemies, and deal a great amount of damage, and make it out alive.

The Greater Glyph of Malice will give you critical strike chance, which will also be greatly supported by the Greater Mark Of Malice, and the Greater Mark of Desolation, dealing a HUGE amount of damage.

The Greater Glyph of Shielding will protect you early game against casters, and other champions that heavily rely on their abilities, so with this rune, you will have some protection, and you will be able you take them no problem.

And finally, the Greater Quintessence of Desolation will play a huge role in your armor penetration, and it will be supported by your critical strike runes, and your other armor penetration runes.

All of these runes will tie together beautifully, and you will dominate your enemies within seconds.

Masteries

OFFENCE: 21

All of these tie in nicely with your runes.
The offence masteries I have chosen fit in beautifully with the armor penetration, and the critical strike runes.

There is a lot of AD masteries I have chosen, increasing your critical damage greatly, while tying in with your runes and items.

The final mastery for offence effects Pantheon's Q move GREATLY, as the move does critical damage to enemies below 15% HP.

1 on Summoner's Wrath: After using ignite, it increases your AD by 5.

3 on Brute Force: Increases your AD by 3.

4 on Alacrity: Increases your attack speed by 4%

1 on Weapon Expertise: Increases armor penetration by 10.

4 on Deadliness: Increases your AD by 0.5 per level.

1 on Lethality: Increases your critical damage by 10%.

3 on Vampirism: Increases your lifesteal by 3%.

3 on Havoc: Increases your total damage by 1.5%.

1 on Executioner: Increases damage dealt by 6% to targets below 40% health.

DEFENCE: 9

These masteries I have chosen help you when you burst at other champions, and they also tie in nicely with some of your runes as well.

Resistance ties in with the Greater Glyph of Shielding very well.

2 on Resistance: 4 Magic Resist.

2 on Hardiness: 4 Armor.

4 on Durability: 6 Health per level.

1 on Veteran's Scars: +30 Health.

Items

The items I have chosen fit in very nicely with the runes and masteries, as it starts off with Doran's blade, adding attack damage and lifesteal, giving you the upper hand, because of the critical and AD masteriess and runes.

You then get the boots of speed, increasing your movement speed.

Then it moves on to a little bit of critical chance with the Avarice Blade, tying in with the Vampirism mastery.

Then it moves on to the Brutalizer, giving AD, which builds up your critical damage as well.
This item also decreases cooldown time, which helps with your Q, so you can use it faster, and it just might get your a kill if your enemy is running away.

The build then moves on to Mercury's Treads, giving you Magic resist and some more speed, while the magic resist ties in with your mastery, Resistance.

The Executioner's Calling is sort of an optional thing that you can do if you're trying to push hard and very fast, because it gives you some lifesteal and critical, so I put it there as sort of an optional thing that depends on how the game is going. This item is VITAL if you are going against Dr. Mundo.

You then get the B.F. Sword, which then moves on to the bloodthirster, giving you lifesteal and a lot of attack damage, which affects your entire build, so this is not optional, it's a must get.

Then build then proceeds to Youmuu's Ghostblade, which gives you some more critical strike chance, and attack damage. The special thing about this item, is that its active will give +50% attack speed and +20% movement speed for 4 seconds. Attacking enemies with melee basic attacks increases the duration by 2 seconds to a maximum of 8 seconds.

You then must get the Frozen Mallet, which gives you 700 health and 20 AD. The good thing about this item, is that it will slow down your enemy's movement speed by 40%, which will give you the chance to jump on them, stunning them, and then use E and Q which should bring their health down to a quarter of their max health, depending on the champion type.

You have to get Infinity edge next, which gives you a ton of AD and critical strike chance. The thing about this item, is that its passive gives you 50% critical damage, dealing a powerful blow that could possibly take a quarter of a champions health, and maybe even more.

Finally, you finish this all off with Guardian Angel, as if everything else wasn't enough. This item gives you the ability to come back to life, restoring 750 health and 375 mana. With this item, you are now an OP son of a *****. You can't lose.

Summoner Spells

This part is simple;

Ignite, just to eat away at your enemy's health while you are basically raping them in the *** with your intense runes, masteries and items.

Flash is either to escape or to catch a runner. Not too hard to understand.

Summary

So basically this build will help you understand what Pantheon is capable of, and pretty much every other attack will be critical, dealing a ton of damage with your armor penetration and your AD. Enjoy your winning!
