Jesse, I've talked to you about this, you don't need mana regen in the beginning with Pantheon, I never even run out of mana as him. With Doran's blade, you get some lifesteal, and that with Vampirism in my masteries, means that I can just recharge health on minions in the beginning, and I don't need to use any abilities. So when I'm farming and people are poking me, I just recharge my health as they waste their mana, and when I've killed the first minion wave, I get stun, so I can just stun them when they go to poke me again, and then I spear, auto, auto, auto, auto, spear, and they're dead. The best part is, they have no mana to counter attack me.
