In parliament, I conjured up this build that turns Taliyah into an AP assassin to any champion who does not stack magic resistances.
Breakdown
Mana,AP, haste, magic generation and the burst.
Landing W means the target takes 10% increase damage from your combo as a result: 100-0'ing them aka burst central.
Full combo on a target that has 1-2 MR items treats them as if they have 0 MR. This is excellent as most players tend to buy 2 MR items max unless they are a tank, therefore you can assassinate them with ease aka burst central.
Huge AP bonus and percentage increase effectively increasing your assassination potential. |
