i agree jhin have soo mutch dmg but he is a champion. like any other champion in ranked peoples should addapt to situations if they want to climb rather than staying with one build. exemple: if u have a strong frontline and u don t strugle in a game u may go infinity edge. cause it give more dmg to finish the fight quickly. however if u have no frontline or the enemy can kill u at close range galeforce is better. that why i put many builds in my guide soo everyone can addapt. jhin is one of highest mobility adc in late game as u know his passive give him speed eatch crit auto. so he is pretty mobile i beleive.
