And yeah, I forgot... Dont take Ignite - Ghost is much better. It adds more chance
to escape, it adds more chance to catch an oponent. And whem you and your oponent are
both going all in It also adds dmg, only thing that it doesnt provide that ignite does
is that reduced healing from ignite. And yeah, you are surly undervaluing that ] Hecarim has a big dmg potential. (I dont know how much, but pls think about that)
Everything else about this guide is great :D

Hey! Sorry I never replied for a year LOL um I feel like even now its much better to go ignite over ghost. I would never take ghost over ignite personally, it just makes it much harder to snowball and hecarim is very reliant on getting items. And I like righteous glory, I probably didn't in the guide in the past due to inactivity and the item itself not being released. That and Frozen heart into Spirit Visage was way too good back then.

Hey, np (pretty much after i posted this i didn't log back into the site either x) ). Since i posted this comment, my opinions have changed. I do agree about the ign > ghost. And that stuff about dmg potential... nah lets ignore that, i think its batter to go tanky, you'll deal dmg anyway.
-Great guide! (was than, still is :)

Finaly a build that like in mine is Phase Rush (I really like Phase Rush on Hecarim)
I see that this is more tanky Hecarim than usual, thats iterasting if you ask me, but still I think that you undervalue his ms though. How comes that you didnt mention Turbo Chemtank- it adds
so much dmg with that ms buff and with its active damaging part + it adds mana (which is needed on hecarim), gives very nice regen, nice amount of hp, and some cdr-I really think that this is a solid item on Hecarim.
I do like your buil. Pls answer me the question about Turbo Chemtank Ty :)

Great question! sorry about the late reply. It is simply due to the fact that Deadman's plate vs Randuin's omen offers less combat stats. Of course, the movement speed may be more useful for certain situations, and same with the additional damage for that extra pop. However, in most scenarios, the Randuin's Omen's attack speed debuff, aoe slow, and critical hit reduction is far better than what deadman's plate offers in minuscule better flanking and slight increase in damage.

Love the guide, quick question why is deadman's plate not in the "ideal" build? I thought movement speed was super good in hecarim and the bonus damage it gives makes it a perfect item for hecarim?

As far as getting camped with hecarim, yes many junglers will try to abuse the fact that you have no flash. At the same time, with good vision and not overextending without your E/Ulti and vision the only ganks you will really be threated by are stuff like Rek'sai over the wall ganks, Nocturne Ulti, and 3+ man tower dives. In the case the jungler simply refuses to leave your lane, ask for a countergank and just farm it out. Its good to keep in mind while most tanks will eventually outscale hecarim, Adc's and mages who are immobile will always be vulnerable to Hecarim's flanks so its really important to keep yourself farmed and relevant in the game. And Guinsoo's, while the AOE seems like a good item for all top laners, the fact that Hecarim is not very auto-attack reliant makes it a very inefficient item for Hecarim. Hecarim really doesn't struggle with wave clear either thanks to his q. If you do want a offensive auto attack buffing item, I would recommend Titanic Hydra. But this is still not too recommended as I said before, Hecarim is not auto attack reliant.

I got some questions.

How do you deal with camping as Hecarim, won't the jungler camp you because you have no flash?
Also what are your thoughts on Guinsoos on Hecarim?
