I have some problems with this guide

No Durability
Any CC counters this build immensely
Lots of grammar mistakes like "more easy". Also Don't abbreviate like "u", you want your guide to look professional and thought out, not like you took 5 minutes to write it.
Even if you could solo baron, it is probably warded so you would just get wrecked by the enemy team.
You explain how to counter jungle, but not your jungle path, or when to gank.
Wall Of Text, (No fun to read). Add some images and BBCode.
If you want to take your guide to the max, I'd recommend jhoijhoi's Making A Guide.
Your "Feeding like a BOSS" section sound like You're the one feeding. Try "How to get fed" or something of the like.
In the "Feeding like a BOSS" chapter you say "Always go for the 1v1 fights when low level because Master Yi is very squishy and dies fast." THAT MAKES NO SENSE! Also, why start a fight if you know you'll get low life?
Why take the 3% lifesteal in the Offensive tree when you get sooo much lifesteal early on?
In your Fighting chapter you say "Avoid ganks from Warwick because he will stun you." 1)You are jungling, if you are ganked there Warwick will be pre-6 and won't have his stun.
2)Tons of other champs have stuns, snares, and suppresses. I don't know why you explicitly state Warwick.
Penta-kills are not easy to get, yet your guide seems centered around them.
And even though your guide seems centered around pentas, you don't explain how to do it, or why it benefits you so much.
Have Situational items, one build is not good for every single game.
Have you tested this build multiple times in PvP?
You Don't have a pair of boots in the end. "But the phantom dancer makes up for it." No. You are under 400 move speed without your ult on, Almost any champion in the game can catch up to that easily.
You seem to be jungling, but you don't take smite.
