Honestly for every AP champ I always go for Magic Pen Reds, Magic Resist Yellows, Magic Resist blues, and AP Quints! So all of theses runes will give you a total of +19 Magic Resist, +8.5 Magic Pen, and +15 AP!!! This will help you sustain against a AP mid champ. You'll mostly have a 90% chance that you'll have more magic resist than your opponent! Honestly I never get Mana Regain Runes because I think they don't help that much and the the item Athene's Unholy Grail plus the mastery will be enough.

Hello my name SamTheSpam and I will explain you how to build Nidalee's right! :D I never knew this build worked! I felt so proud that I wanted to share with you guys!!!!! You guys can add me on LoL if you would like! But just to tell you guys this build is mostly for AP Nidalee's and people who can hit their spears! But people who just bought Nidalee just keep on practicing and this build will dominate!

For Nidalee I go 21-0-89 on the Mastery Page because your MR will already help you with sustain so you don't need anything on the defense tree. The Offensive tree will increase your AP and will make your last hits easier. For Utility the extra movement speed and mana regain will help you a lot!

For my build I always try to rush for Athene's Unholy Grail. This will give give you a big boost on your stats! It gives you extra MR, AP, and Mana Regain! You'll still have to ability to burst a lot of champions down even though you don't rush a Rabadons Deathcap! After I get my Magic Pen boots to give me the extra penetration to burst even more champions down! After the Boots I go for the Lich Bane. Lich Bane gives you even more MAGIC RESIST AND ABILITY POWER PLUS THE OP PASSIVE THAT GIVES YOU! Then I go for Rabadons. You should know what Rabadons stats are. Every AP champ needs a Rabadons. For my last two items I go for Abyssal and Archangles. Even though building a Archangles is late the Tear Of Goddess will boost you late game AP after you buy the full set.

For Nidalee TEAM WORK IS IMPORTANT!!! Your traps and your heal will allow your teammates gain more sustain and Map awareness!!!! Nidalee is really good for bursting important enemy champs from long distance. Don't be afraid to use your Cougar Form. Your Lich Bane will help you so much!

When I play Nidalee I always try to farm with me E it gives you more attack speed so you'll have a less chance of missing a last hit. When you hit level 6 thats when you try to catch up in farming. The combo for farming with her Cougar is her W first then E then Q. Just keep repeating the combo. The cool down is realy short on Nidalee so don't be afraid to spam your skills.

For the begging game the style of Nidalee that I play is defensive. I try to stay back and getting away from getting damaged much a possible. You can harass but auto attacking the enemy champion at levels 1-5. This will allow your opponent to play defensive as well(FARM GAME). Your traps will help you do a lot of damage in early game so make sure you keep placing them down away from the enemy minions. Put 2 through 3 traps close to each other because when your opponent try to escape from your harass they will have a 70% chance they well step on the trap. After they hit most of your traps. They will probably have to go back to base to heal. Your passive of that trap(ALLOWS YOU TO SEE THEM IN FOG OF WAR) will make a easier target for your spears. When you hit level 6 start trying to burst your opponent down. My combo is my W-E-Q- and R. When you turn into a cougar form use your W-E-Q maybe a ignite if you have it up. Just keep repeating that concept until you hit around max level. When the game turns into a late game your opponents will get more tankier and you'll become more squishier. So make sure you'll start playing like early game.
