Hi, I'm sinthor4s. A support main from EUW. I'm playing way to much Sona since S2 and I like to present you my item build, runes and skill order for the current pre-season.

I decided to write this guide because I'm currently having even more fun than usual playing Sona while dealing quite a hefty amount of damage.

I'm not really trying to give anyone a huge insight in Sona rather than just giving some ideas to think about.

Since I'm not a huge writer the following points will be really short in description.

Kleptomancy for huge amounts of easy gold. Biscuits for even more consumables. Footwear for gratis boots and Cosmic Insight is a no brainer. Sorcery for AP. Ultimate hat to get your Ult as often as possible and Transcendence for hitting the CDR limit early and profit of the excess CDR.

Starting of with spellthiefs for more damage and getting additional gold since the goal is to get Kleptomancy progged.

The way to get to the core builds is pretty open. Get whatever you want/need first and complete the rest to complete the core build. Once you have the core build complete Transcendence should also kick in which means that you already have 45% CDR.

From there on you should get Morellonomicon first because it will give you 140 AP due to Transcendence and then complete the build with Lichbane and Rabadons.

And that's it already. I'm currently enjoying this build a lot since the game gets really snowbally around 20 min. Sona is even more squishy than ever before but with th right positioning you will be able to evade the enemies while killing them and healing your allies at the same time.
