Thats pretty like it, but if you don't like dodge in your Seals you can always change it for health for more survival in early game. You can also change your Quintessences to magic penetration, but I think Poppy REALLY squishy early game, so I recommend going for health.

With a tipical start for a Poppy build, this build core are Lich Bane, Mejai's Soulstealer and Zhonya's Ring. I really like Deathfire Grasp's active, great for taking down tanks like Cho'Gath, and it has a nice passive too: 15% cooldown reduction. Rod of Ages allows me to keep up a good health and mana, plus the ability power.

You can change these two last itens for anything you feel to. I like the combination of Nashor's Tooth and Hextech Gunblade: greater attack speed for farming combined with life-steal and spell-vamp, plus 25% cooldown reduction and a nice slowing active.

How to play:
In one-on-one, use Diplomatic Immunity to deal more damage to the enemy and use your combo on him and remember to always bring the enemy near a wall for maximum damage. If you are ganked, use your Diplomatic Immunity in the enemy who would deal less damage to you, like a tank or support, and use Paragon of Demacia or Ghost to escape.

Stay near your allies in late game and, in team fights, always try to bring that OP carry to your team's range, with the Diplomatic Immunity + Paragon of Demacia / Ghost + Heroic Charge combo.

Note: Poppy isn't a great character to those long games, she is very powerless near other characters in the late game (and I mean those like 50~60 minutes of game). I think it's due to the bad farmer she is and to the expensive build I use.
